Jon and Heidi were married just over 2 weeks ago at the Barrister Winery in downtown Spokane. Their wedding was a celebration of a new family beginning. Heidi’s daughter was the maid of honor. Her son the ring bearer. And, let me tell you they were absolutely adorable and did a stellar job!
Their wedding was a great example of how you can have an amazing wedding without feeling you have to go over the top on decor. They found a venue, Barrister, with a lot of built in character. This allowed them to not add a lot of decor. It was beautiful! I love the subtle nod to fall. The colors were all fall shades. The little leaves, faux pumpkins and nuts were all the perfect additions.
Heidi got ready at the Historic Davenport before the wedding. We decided to do their first look at Garden Terrace there. Even in the fall without all its flowers it was still beautiful! I love all the brick, mixed with the lights and shrubs.
I always love working with all the different teams of vendors! For a complete list (and links!) see the bottom of the post. Their cake, flowers, and rings were gorgeous!
One of the things I loved about Jon and Heidi’s wedding was that they planned the day around the daylight. They really wanted all their formal photos done outdoors. We worked with the early sunset time and the colder weather and got it done. The results are beautiful if I do say so myself!
