Ride On

It is the 10th!  And, time for another edition of 10 on 10 with my 4 the Love of Focus girls!  Each month on the 10th of each month, 10 photographers joined together to post 10 images from our last month.  Some photographers chose to document an entire day with 10 photos, others share 10 photos from the past month, some shared all iphone pictures, it didn’t matter it was just us committing to document our lives in more real and definitely more consistent way.

This last month we had a big day in our house… after 2 years of working on learning to ride his bike without training wheels Riley got his bike out his bike for the first time this summer and just took off.  There was none of the same fears, he fit the bike perfectly, and he was just mentally ready.  It was amazing to watch and he was so proud of himself!  Earlier that day we went to pick up our latest craigslist find… a new bike for Aubrey!  Riley’s old bike had broken, so we had been on the search for something for her.  This bike was perfect for her- purple, great size, in like new condition, and the icing on the cake it is called “Night Bird”- perfection for my Birdie girl!  At first she was a little hesitant after watching all Riley’s problems.  After convincing her to give a try she was hooked.  As she rode down the rode it was a continual- “Waaaahoooo” and “I love riding my bike!”.  So darn cute!  For some learning to ride a bike is no big deal, and a super easy thing, but our house that has definitely not been the case.  It was a very fun moment watching them take off and the joy they felt!Brother and Sister riding bikes in Spokane WACute little girl on her bike in Spokane WACute bike riders on a country road in Spokane WABike riding in Spokane WACute little girl in Spokane riding her bikelittle boy riding his bike in SpokaneSiblings in Spokane WA riding bikesLittle boy fixing his bike in SpokaneNow head on over to to see what Milwaukee Wisconsin Photographer Melissa Schuett has been up to!
