Well, I missed last week since I was stuck on the couch feeling like I was going to die. I hate being sick, especially being a Mommy! Seriously someone needs to invent sick days for Mommy’s.
This week’s theme in my Bloom 52 Challenge with the girls on the Bloom forum is Bloom- fitting for this time of the year, unless you live in Spokane, where I have to see anything in bloom.
Wow, is that a record, seriously how many times can one use the word bloom in one sentence?! Before we moved to the country one of my favorite things about this time of the year was watching my tulips and hycinth begin to bloom. The site of those little green shoots always sent pure joy to my heart knowing the dreaded winter would end soon. Unfortunately out here planting them is just not an option, because of all the deer we have around us.
When I saw on facebook that Epiphany Floral in downtown Spokane posted that they were receiving a shipment of tulips this week I knew I had to go in and get some. If you’ve never been in before I highly recommend dropping in! Kara was so sweet, and her shop is adorable. Right now she has a great promotion going on for prom- a free boutonniere with purchase of a corsage. And, these aren’t your mother’s corsage’s either (not there is anything wrong with those either!). These corsages come decked out with bling, feathers, all sorts of fun things, and they are one of a kind.
Without further ado here are my Bloom images, featuring Epiphany Florals gorgeous tulips!

Beautiful tulips – the colors are just amazing! Love both but I am drooling over #2!
Love these Kelly! The colors are so eye catching. I was never one for tulips growing up, but I’ve come to really like them recently!
Very pretty! You should give some prints to the floral shop for display. These are really nice.
