Getting Ready for Wedding

Rachel and Mark are getting married in August up on Greenbluff at Mrs. Kalin’s Barn.  To say that I’m excited for their wedding is an understatement.  I have for the longest time wanted to photograph a wedding on Greenbluff.  It is one of my happy places, so gorgeous and peaceful, and full of yummy foods!

For the engagement session they wanted something fun and relaxed.  Rachel had told me she was worried about their wedding pictures, saying that she didn’t feel super comfortable or natural in front of the camera.  I assured her that the engagement session would be amazing and would help her and Mark both feel more comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera.  After doing about 3 poses I realized that she was totally making up stories.  They both did amazing and I love how sweet they were together.  You can really tell how much they love each other and how very ready they are for August to hurry up and get here.  lol  I personally was delighted to have the sun make an appearance in a big way, so we could get some of my favorite super hazy light, and was even more in love with the fact that Rachel and Mark had so many favorites with all that yummy light!

Are you getting married in the Spokane Area?  I’d love to meet with you and chat about your big day!  Want to see more of my wedding and engagement work?  Check out my exclusive wedding website!
